Colleagues are vey supporting, though appraisals are delayed but done, work environment is good, some activities are always on resulting in engagement and motivation

I developed good natural product Actives with input of chemistry, its a fixed deposit for me. We should travel for every 2 to 3 months. All managers are very good but they don't have any thing in there hand.

Executive they are asking to clean the glasswares work is less so they can clean superior feedback if we ask for manpower. I feel this is my worst experience. Herbal R& D functioning in 20/12 sq ft area. Beside room ETP is there lot of smell . In summer lot of heat it's like sitting on hot plate. Appraisal time schedule not there, if they did then also you won't get arrier and bonus amount in the same month. it may get years to get bonus, but arrier they may take minimum 2-3 months after increment. If you are leaving a job you won't get bonus for the last year and current year because I did not get more than Rs 40000 for 2 years....Read More

I learn lot in sava for natural product active development but there is not having even ground level basic facilities. But in that facilities there expectations was out of limit I can say. Herbal R&D functioning in a single 20/12 room.
