It’s taken care by the Saudi government so it’s very firm.

Dislikes

No scanning & checking of employees & vehicles while entering & exiting from the work premises. Hand wash which is a mandatory process ain’t followed. Hair net and hand gloves is rarely followed. No process of stock consumption. No cctv above cash counters. During corona entire staff accommodation was sealed legally as an employee passed away due to corona. Govt paid a huge amount as we stayed for more than 6 months in hotels. Then the VP from France and another regional manager from India were terminated....Read More

Work life is ok. There ain’t any training provided. Ceo was a supervisor and that’s how most of the managers are all from entry level are promoted.

Frankly speaking according my work as VIP Supervisor food and bev I have to be a flexible due to the unscheduled department, some time we have to attend to work by on call, some time we are doing our job more than fifteen hours specially on king moment.
