Good food and transport provided by company. Since there is no incentive, increment and bonus, there is no job pressure or harsh follow ups from managers.

Company functioning because of being sole distributor of toyota products in oman.Top management is callous towards employee needs. Nothing to like, one of the worst company in GCC, everything is worst, the Chairman of the Company does many illegal work which the Oman Government is unaware, there is also one Gadha Nirmal who was my boss always doing chamchgiri of Chairman, he was a very bad character guy, a vasna ka pujari always ogling young girls in Office .

Nirmal always pressuize his juniors with extereme workload without any monetary benefits, he asked his juniors to work overtime without any benefits, he has all fake certificates and experience and he is an anti Muslim and anti Omani, the Oman government should take him to task and put him in jail for doing various illegal activities in Oman.
