For anyone who planning to join or planning to interview pls don't its worst about any consultancy or any company. the CEO seems to be lala knowing everything from chatgpt. the worst he cant able to make company grow in last 10 years but want you to make it grow in next 1 week-4 week, ask you to build it 100 crore revenue. - Ask youto contribute for free from the day the interview is over. - give you dream of 4 crore in bank in next 4 years. - he is chindi - I'm planning to post in VCS group as well so they beaware before funding - He is very rude to employees over call. - he took a damn 90 min long call to tell some bad story - he will ping you till 10:30 pm for works - work day - Mon-sat even Sunday you can work - your work of 8 hours will feel nothing if he doesn't like - WORST COMPANY EVER - TRUST ME IT WILL SHUTDOWN - NO ONE CAN HELP BECAUSE CEO THINK HE KNOW WELL VIA CHATGPT. - a lot..even being HR, i was asked to do whatever CEO wish for! - every time he came up with something from ChatGPT - He even asked me to push some policy which is not right but given he is boss i have to use it! - gladly most people are fresher, so they don't against it!! - soon i realize company can't grow so put down paper as lack of ownership and so - salary delayed - long hour work - your work ChatGPT should not be able to do it otherwise its waste of your work - ask me to convince new joiner on something futuristic story without giving any hike....Read More

For anyone trying to join this company, here are some points that you should consider while applying here: -Big Communication gap persists amongst the founder and the employees. They expect you to know everything about the business from the first week itself. - No time will be given to you to understand the company or work culture.They will throw the work right at your head even before you officially join the company. - You will be paid least amount and be told that you will get a raise if you perform well but you’ll never get. Because the company is also not making money. -Salary comes usually after 10-15 days after. -Company runs from mon-sat but you’ll be expected to work on sundays also. -There is no work culture as such.
