I started my career at Sattrix, right after my Bachelors. It has been a wonderful journey so far. People are great and the HR is so helpful. No other company works so hard in an employee's education as Sattrix. Nowhere else mployees stick so long as they do here, I think personal growth along with the company's growth is the reason.COVID-19 Lock down Situation: No pay cuts has been made for the employees, no layoffs either. The company was already equipped for WFH, but the execution was incredible and was up in no time. I have seen people complaining about work life balance. I, being a bachelor work off-hours by choice, but always have an option of working during the business hours.

Work Details

I work as an SME for multiple technologies. My job requires me to design solutions, remain in close contact with the customer and OEM. I also manage a team of experts who has great enthusiasm in learning and innovation.
