A good company for freshers. I have learnt so much from here. For experience person you need to stick on for what you have joined. Manager is from telecommunication but he has a very good knowledge of SOC as well. he himself learnt all the things and handling so many projects all alone so i am not agree in above comments as i have worked with him.
