Company culture is good but if you're looking for career here not sure that will be worth it. Rest salary on time , no worries about leaves, but promotion and increment are biggest concern, overall Average

Dislikes

No one appreciate you in terms of innovation. They just ask ha tik hai. Rest increment and promotion is bigger concern even your manager said , I did whatever in my hand.

If you work in this company, they will make you work like a slave and the seniors will always treat you badly. They will not promote you, they will just keep giving you assurances.

Dislikes

There is nothing good in this company. If you try to leave the job, they harass you and transfer you far away and make you serve a notice period. It is difficult to leave the job easily. Even if you are not wrong, you are considered wrong.

Nothing , it’s like because of the bad treatment we guys don’t feel good at our working place. they don’t make you understand anything they just oder you to do things and if you fail they will insult and humiliate you in front of everyone in front and behind your back also.

Toxic Culture by the senior management just to make them look superior humiliates and insults juniors just to satisfy there Ego. Very unprofessional behaviour from the day one .
