Favouritism, no support from top management, always ready to put in personnel if any loss happen due to anyones mistake, top managements like BM and Finance manager doing Scam which can show branch in Loss so Variables, increments and apericial can affect which is a loss to your performance. HR is not very easily accessible, and when you join they will ask you to join in less salary to increase later as per performance of 3 or 6 months, then after one year they will give you next trip offer that this all benefits you will get if you’re rejoining for 2 years(next contract)....Read More
