There is a harassing nature from the manager. I was in South Sudan, and the manager was uneducated. Even Satguru HR knows it, but they still can't do anything about it. They will find 100 reasons to withhold your salary at the end of the trip. The pay scale is that they will pay you your salary every quarter, as they say it takes 4 months to get it.
