This is the worst company I've ever worked in. They put your life in danger by not giving you work permit to work in African countries.HR Ayushi is the worst as she won't even help you in your problems that you face in Africa. No work life balance as you work for 12-18 hours once you reach in Africa, and they'll make you work like labourers.Please don't go to this company as you'll first feel happy to go outside country but once you reach your alloted country your life becomes hell.I've experienced it for whole 2 years, and I pray no one sees those days like I have suffered....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
