Though I like everything about sat n paper however it would be really great if we can get yearly increament benefits and reduce working hours.

I wanted to take a moment to share some constructive feedback regarding my experience here at SAT n Paper. While I truly appreciate I have been given and the great aspects of working here, I do believe there are some areas that could be improved for the benefit of both the team and the company as a whole.

Team spirit and the work culture. Apart from these, there's always ample of opportunities to upskill yourself.

I really look forward for a better work life balance in the company, specially there should be an allocated lunch/break time for Operations Managers.

Probably the only thing I like about it is work from home.

Every single thing. No transparency in the company policies. When you speak to HR, they will not respond properly and will be very confidential even when you ask about your salary and benefits. Coming to benefits, there are none. They will exhaust you, and call you at 11:30 in the night to discuss work!!! You are not even allowed totake leaves, and if you do, they look down upon you. They will not give any appraisals even if you've been with the organization for 4 years. I am so happy I left this organization. They will stress you out to the max, pressure you and your mental health will be at stake. The salary is like a drop of water, not enough for how much they exhaust you throughout the day!!! They don't even give work offs on festivals like Diwali, Holi, Ganesh Chaturthi, Independence/Republic Day, Christmas, etc. You're forced to work on these days instead of spending time with your loved ones/family! The HR team is not good. They will never inform you about changes in any policies and when you ask they will be rude and say changes are made, we can't change the rules. They are lot of dislikes , they put your mental health on the stake , you have to work beyond your working hours . Everything is rubbish about this company . Don't waste your time to being settling with this company it's better to being unemployed. Instant of growth they give you mental trauma .

They don’t pay you if you don’t make it through the first month of training. As the training is intense there should be more support especially since it’s a remote setting. The trainers are extremely demotivating. Their way of solving queries is over WhatsApp 🙄 I haven’t seen an organisation like this. This is the most demotivated I’ve been.

I have had a positive experience working here, but one area for improvement is internal communication and interaction among colleagues. We rarely interact with teammates outside of outbound training sessions which can make it difficult to build a sense of belonging. Implementing more opportunities for team bonding and open communication could greatly enhance our work environment. However, I appreciate the efforts being made to improve our work flow such as the new zuper score system which aims to reduce the need for frequent phone checks.
