Shift timing is good and flexibility is there, Work life balance and leave policies are good salary on time - Good environment and work culture

Nepotism through referrels is there because they do not conduct open hiring- they ask enployees to send their relatives- Job security is not there- sudden work load if employees raise any question then they simply ask to leave or resignation- Lack of integrity in the system as some high designation employee found missing integrity just because of side income as it is product base company.
