Sarthee Consultancy is my first company and I m glad to be part of this company, management is very supportive & I got a many opportunities & get to enhance knowledge in different domains, work culture in this company is very good and senior leaders are very supportive & no need to worry about job security.

Dislikes

Management should focus on hiring a new employees, sometimes one bad apple can spoils the bunch.

Only the collegue working there were good. They haven't supported me in this pandemic situation. Even they forced me to resign from their company.

Dislikes

Behaviour of the director. Until and unless we listen what they are saying employee is good for them. But if even once we have any emergency and if we can't support them then they force to resign.

Touchwood we had enough assignments to work on during 2 years of COVID and we didn't fire/force any employees to leave. But yes, non-performers have to improve after repetitive reminders. We are thankful to #Sarthians who were with us during COVID and still are part of our proud team. Adding one more point, none of the employees ever in Industry will write why employer behaved in a way with them. It takes two hands to clap. You can write anything as anonymous about your employer, but do you dare to prove your points of dislike with your name openly? Never ever, we know. So take a chill pill and best of luck for future endavour.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
