Sorry to say but during this pandemic sarovar has not supported at all as there was no job they had not even asked the employees to join the hotel with precaution I am without job from March 2020 and still struggling to get the job so I will say this that there is no work culture no job security nothing like good in the organisation

Dislikes

When I was working I was enjoying working there by in lockdown hotel shattered all the dreams working with them I am unemployed from last 8 months

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
