MANAGEMENT IS GOOD AND HELPFUL.TAKEN GOOD CARE OF ALL EMPLOYEE DURING THE PANDEMIC,PROVIDED SOAP SOLUTION AND SANITIZERS EVERYWHERE IN THE SHOP FLOOR.

Dislikes

POOR FAITH ON THE NEW EMPLOYEES. VERY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH OLD EMPLOYEES. OLD EMPLOYEES ARE THE KINGS.

I WORKED AT SARDA ENERGY AND MINERLS LTD.AS A AGM ROLLING MILLS.GIVEN LOT OF SUGGESTIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS DONE DURING MY TENURE.BUT OLD EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ACCEPTING TO THE NEW EMPLOYEE SO EASILY.COMPLAINING TOP MANAGEMENT EVERY NOW N THEN.SO DIFFICULT.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
