No job security, employee can be fired at any point of Time with baseless reasons. Employee should know how to butter the boss and people near to Boss. One secret agent is there on employees who always send all information to Boss. Employees washroom use time also monitored. No skill development and training program. Salary hikes ifyou are a key person having dependencies and leaving the company. Who don't know the A of accounting and Audit are leading Chartered Accountants because of buttering skill. More or less employees are being treated here as Laborers. No professionalism Employee can't financially plan like taking a loan etc. being in this company.
