Good work environment and culture Hospital management is very bad not supportive for staff nurse, 2 month once salary there is hike and bonus, work load is so much, company policies is bad

Dislikes

Salary is very bad is not ontime payment. There is no training for freshers.

sapthagiri giving me chance to learning and managing multi task .I learned working capacity and managing both dutys it means charge nurse and supervisor duty successfully in sapthagiri.

their not keeping me one place to do work and staff nurse very less to run the ward and giving quality Care to the patient In ward 24hrs no duty doctors No employee benefits How much honest working also no appreciation Patients any emergency no code blue facilities in the ward Salary is very less
