My working experience was awesome and good as i like there the timing of working is fixed for 8 hrs.

Dislikes

I think that sapphire was good company but the problem was that they did agreement that this job is transferable any time as per company need.

Work Details

My working experience with sapphire was good and the staff was very good. I really enjoyed there. My seniors was very helping nature and the staff was very good really awesome experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
