I have completed 1.5yrs here as a contractor but they didn’t gave me appraisal. And they didn’t paid me for my weekend work for a month. They just started ignoring the messages or emails.

I find lots of PPL working on other tech stack like java dev person has been forced to work on .net c# or any other tech stack.staffing is and management is bad ..they don't have any proper management skill set .only they care about the client billing and nothing else.

1)Management is worst. 2)Hire and Fire(employees are useless when work/project is complete) 3)Fake promises to candidates that FXTE(fixed term employee) will be converted to permanent 4)Assigning wrong title(Devops for a developer) then need to take 12 to 13 tests and courses for just title change. 5)Team manager never speaks to team and speaks to team only if there is an issue.
