Aah, it gives me nostalgia when I look back to the day I joined Sapient. The interview, onboarding process and orientation all went smoothly. The interview process at Sapient is not like other companies where you are supposed to wait for long hours. I guess I hardly wait for half an hour for my interview. I have completed 1.5yrs here as a contractor but they didn’t gave me appraisal. And they didn’t paid me for my weekend work for a month. They just started ignoring the messages or emails.

No payable benefits even after working on weekends, poor for contractors as they delay a lot to make them permanent. Didn’t do what is promised at the beginning.
