Work life balance, Perks and benefits, Less work pressure, Decent hikes, Free SAP certifications, Perfect company for those who now want to settle down and no more want to slog for growth, the growth will be decent (10%) even if you are anaverage performer.

Monotonous work, not good for freshers since they will not get much exposure to different areas of SAP and will be working in a single domain for years, if you are a person who likes to learn new things always, the company may disappoint you a bit, Also the work which is done here is different than work done in service companies hence you may find it difficult to switch to service companies if you are not learning new things on your own....Read More
