They want that employee should devote his/her full life to company. Getting holiday is also very challenging. Not having any standard criteria for getting holidays. They will not give you personal space. Only work.. work.. work.. Work on holidays also...

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
