Office timings are good with few teams ... Office culture is good friendly staffs... Saturday and Sunday work depends on team ..when thier is pressur they will call ... Few times in a year ... Leaves and all depends on team manager mood ... Few teams are very good ..

Hike is 3.5k varies Max till 6.5k... over pressure... If you are modeller efficiency meeting why u made mistake ...so many unnecessary waste of meeting .. that to after 6 months you will get the hike... If you are outsider don't speak with hr Bharathi about salary ...speak with manager ... About the salary ... Don't speak with her she will push you down ... Manager salary has been made final don't let her to speak about the salary ... Leaves and all depends on the manager ... Concerns regarding the production crew are either ignored or handled with the statement that they will be notified. They give examinations with differed cutoff scores to determine wage hikes,where the cutoff changed for every three months and the raise is only 3,000.
