1. Good work environment and supportive colleagues 2. Work load is moderate. 3. Higher management is supportive. 4. One of the best travel policy.

Dislikes

1. Most Unethical Organization and HR Driven company. Always use tricks to deduct employees money. 2. Company most of the policy is really worst from other industries 3. Benifits like medical insurance is very low but they assure you verbally that they will help you which has no base. No Family insurance. 4. Best for GET's to startwith. 5. No product training for laterals. 6. Calculation of CTC is very complex and no clear communication from HR. 7. After joining HR behaviour is really bad towards its employees. 8. No fix policy as it always changes subject to company's intrest....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
