Opportunities are plenty . Internal trainings are very good . Enjoyed working with lot of challenges.my interco teammates support was excellent .

Dislikes

Not able to balance personnel life . Had to focus more on official life. Need to show very very very high performance to get recognised by management. I had 6 bosses in my 4.5 year tenure.everyone knows partially what I was doing . At the end I was not recognised .At any time of time if we relieve from company we will be losing minimum of 6 months special pay which is inclusive in CTC.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
