No food. U wants to walk an kilometre to have. Very worst HR policies They will hold part of our salary and release every year but u have to wait 2 years for getting first year bonus. Bonus & appraisal will be held 6 month. If u put in paper u will be lost your 6 month bonus and appraisal benefits

There is no lunch, tea, late sitting snacks. Only water during office hours at Chennai HO. No carrier growth for Non professional like M. COM/PG holder. Only entry level vertical system. Like AP, AR, GL, PAYMENT TEAM, PO TEAM AND NON PO TEAM. SCOPE IS VERY LIMITED. There is no advance technology for the above work. All manual process even they have SAP FICO compared with Car industry other big mnc automobile industry. Salary hike also 7 -8 percentage only. This company good for CA holder only. -No proper reporting person.. -No proper food in canteen. -They will suck your entire blood by giving lots of task but they will never appreciate us. -No more work life balance. If you are going to ask a leave, manager will treat u like a idiot. And they will never gave leave for us. Every people in Berigai sanmar definitely have a 50+ leave balance. - Only limited manpower available in tha whole plant, So u need to do more than 3 people work. - At any point of time, Senior Engineer will be the responsible for the housekeeping also. - Manager also treat you like hell and they will scold at any time without have any hesitation.
