-No proper reporting person.. -No proper food in canteen. -They will suck your entire blood by giving lots of task but they will never appreciate us. -No more work life balance. If you are going to ask a leave, manager will treat u like a idiot. And they will never gave leave for us. Every people in Berigai sanmar definitely have a 50+ leave balance. - Only limited manpower available in tha whole plant, So u need to do more than 3 people work. - At any point of time, Senior Engineer will be the responsible for the housekeeping also. - Manager also treat you like hell and they will scold at any time without have any hesitation.
