Dislikes

While the workload can be demanding at times, especially during recruitment drives or when managing multiple tasks, it has helped me strengthen my multitasking and time management abilities. The role sometimes requires quick decision-making, which can be challenge but also an opportunity to improve my problem-solving and leadership skills.

For a fresher or is a great place to start, if you can handle the stress af deadlines and the pressure from seniors.

Dislikes

Management is not good. Employee health and safety is not prioritised. There is no canteen in the office building. The laptops provided for work are often broken or not upto the current industry standards.

We have learning Saturdays which are fun and learning all at once. Events are a great way to connect with the rest of the company and Sankey events are extremely fun and engaging. Lots of learning opportunities: if you have a will to learn and grow this is the best place. I have met people with 2 years of experience who are at the level of someone with 6-7 years of experience outside.

1.Increment percent is good in initial year. 2.You get exposure to live project as well as client interaction. 3.You get to learn and expose multiple technologies.

1.No work life balance. The seniors stay till late in office and expect you to stay with them even if you have completed your work or you have been in office on time. Casually ask you to work on Saturdays as well Sundays and fake promises are given for Comp- offs. 2.No job security, they can lay you off at any time. 3.One 1 leave per month, if you take more than 1 leave the salary gets deducted. 4.Have alternate Saturday working - referred as learning Saturday which is useless as no one is interested. 5.Work from Home is only allowed if you are favorite to TL or Manager....Read More
