Nothing to be liked in the company. Very toxic environment.

Dislikes

They want sweeper into the company. They didn't treat as a literate person. Hr department changes notice period after joining from one month to 2 months. They create problem when u want to switch the job. They didn't do ur settlement easily. U have to beg for more than a month. Treated like helper into production department.

Everything. First is that they force to put your resignation however from my joining month I provided them the increase in production volume within same resources. Till Mr. Jaison Thomas is there, your job is not secure. He always tries to cut the cost of manpower.
