No proper Work culture.
Bad HR department and worst management and policies.
People are asked to change the shoes and asked to keep two pair one only for office and other of home.
Employees as to change shoes to office. Who really does tht very terrible.
Pregnant ladies lso has to come in covid times. When they can't even wear the mask.
Alternate sat n Sunday are kept off but as per their wish they make people to work anytime even on holidays.
Employees who stay near has to come and are not given work from home even when they were in contact of covid people found inside office.
Do not quarantine people who were in contact with covid employees. They has to come or else they have to apply leave n they cut ur salary instead of giving wrk frm home....Read More

Thanks for your feedback. It is pertinent to note the following:
a) You are one of two people who did not even bother to call up once for work during the COVID months while the entire company was functioning and doing their best to keep moving in tough times. You should actually be happy that company kept paying you salary even while you did not show up or do any work for almost 5 months. Mumbai office was functional only in July after Unlock began. It was only because of hard working and well intended employees that work still went about seamlessly in best possible manner. Unfortunately you were not part of this effort.
b) Regarding WFH, even today company has an option for people to WFH with conditions considering that this this is primarily a coordination and documentation office and not everything can function on fully remote basis. many of your colleagues continue to use the WFH option by adjusting with someone else to ensure work is not piling up.
c)Please note that 3years back the Saturdays were not originally holidays but were converted to Holidays with Employee confirmation that in case of need, they will attend to any emergencies. As it stands today not even 2% of the employees have to work on these Saturdays and Company can challenge anyone how can prove it wrong.
d) Of the 1 year you were with the company , you were paid for sitting at home for over 6 months and were continually still being paid in full, it is atleast human courtesy to not misguide honest people to believe things.
e) Company is growing at 15-20% every year in terms of business as well as people in the company which itself is proof that it is doing things right and (like any other company) will automatically lose low performers who wish to simply earn without efforts.
f) COVID precautions: Regarding Shoes etc which you have pointed out - it is inline with ensuring our employees do not fall sick because of transmitting COVID with footwear which has been to public spaces. As far as pregnant ladies are concerned, we are not sure who is being addressed here as all have an option of WFH and some are using it also. The company does not force anyone to come to work physically - option is available to all employees - just they have to inform a choice in advance so that their documentation work is distributed to others. Finally they are required to declare if they are in contact with others who may have had COVID and are required to isolate them selves - many of our responsible employees did the same. Within the office there is enough space to have everyone sit at a minimum distance of 8 feet which they are doing as only half the people are actually coming to office. Your comment about people having to come to office even if others are found COVID positive is rather naive because no employee will risk his life even if any company actually had such a policy. Please do not spread misinformation.
Sangir was the first company in its vicinity to have taken COVID insurance for all its employees in last week of March itself.
Face masks were distributed to all employees even before lock down happened.
A sanitization tunnel was built 15 days before lock down opened and continues to function at the plant and is strictly followed.
Personnel were provided free accommodation and free food if they wished to come to work during months where they did not want to travel.
RT PCR testing was done for most employees at company cost at the plant to ensure COVID is contained as much as possible. There has not been a single case of COVID at the factory in past two months and credit goes to stringent policies in place among others. Security and safety of employees is companies prime concern. All employees including those on contract were also paid salaries even when a single kg of production was not being done during lockdown.
Work life balance is a matter of personal choice. The office is fully empty at 6pm so allegations on this front are fully .
Finally most important to note why the good people who are in this company continue to exist very happily is because the Company has never missed a single Bonus in 35 years including this year (and absolutely on time) when things were tough for the company . Please find out how many companies have paid bonuses this year. Also these employees have received full salaries during COVID times.
We request to please be responsible & professional when making comments for a company and stop blaming others for your own shortcomings which are not highlighted here. Please do note that new employees are smart enough to already know that Bad Reviews are given by the Worst Employees because they have regrets of not being able to cope up with high performers in the organization.
