The company deals with B2B businesses and hence the culture of the same is customer oriented. Total team is dedicated towards customer attention and works in Sync with the need. management provide equivalent opportunities to work and call for decision. The policies are people friendly and Job securities are assured if you perform and be integral part of organization.

Dislikes

The team is good but there is legacy issues wherein the long term team member insists on working with happening culture and hesitant to adopt the present day work culture. they only follow if they are taken on task from external agencies.
