Working with Sangir Plastics Pvt Ltd. for 6.5 Years Of Experience was a Great Opportunity for me and my Carrier too. Working Culture is like a family and there are some employees who have been around for a very long time. Company has give Photo Folio and Career Change Policy within the Company or Select working Stream and Choice is Given to Employees. Even during COVID Times company has given full Salary to employees and Awarded with best performance of the Year 2020 (During COVID Period). Access to Seniors is very easy and has an open door policies. Management is very Transparent with all the employees. High Performance Company . Work Pressure is not Much. Overall experience was good with Sangir, I handle project at Gujarat Location during my 1.7 year of tenure and Project Director guided me and provide proper technical Support when it comes. this help me to completion of many project, overall HR and Managements decision is good they had always provide us help and support.

Honest and hardworking employees can do really well here. Work culture is like a family and there are some employees who have been around for a very long time. Even during COVID times company has given full salaryto employees even as Mumbai office was closed for almost 5 months due to COVID. Exgratia and bonus was paid in full on time even though because of COVID, Company was working at much reduced levels of business. Access to seniors is very easy and has an open door policies.
