Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

The company is only good in the sense that sometimes in the weekends it takes you outside to play in the park ,and once a year there are celebrations nothing more

Dislikes

The work ethics in sanganan are completely absurd and unimaginable. People are actually yelled at if they do something wrong like they are some kind of pets.People never and I quote "never" leave their jobs with dignity because you would be made to suffer in your notice period and even if you survive that you would not be given yourexperience letter.If you need an experience letter you should not join this company...if you want to see some diversity in an IT industry like people working for as low as 8k per month this is company is your way to go....Read More
