Work culture is good. My fellow seniors are lot of supporting. Anyone would bear with this company due to supporting fellow staff, as all might be sufferers now or then

Dislikes

Company policies are not quality oriented. Though company had accredited itself, quality staff is no longer work here. Remuneration or appraisal is biggest drawback. No employee knows when will it happens. These words are just nightmare here.

Work Details

I work here for few months. It is good to be as professional in so working ayurvedic hospital. I would be seeing myself as promoted post. Your work turns into responsibility then it turns to your duty. Duty turns into workload. Thats' all!

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
