Sandvik globally is very reputed company. However, the policies and culture vary place to place. Being a part of the Mining and Rock technology, I can say, the management is not stable. Decision is made overnight and the employee career path/growth changes accordingly. For Bangalore location, it is none other than a service company who assist for the internal clients. Onsite opportunity is solely for documentation and after sale team. Designers and analysts must have supporters to go onsite. Yearly bonus policy is very transparent (if you could convince your boss about your effort). Descent hike. Work Details

When I joined, 1st year the job was thrilling which gradually became flat. The scope of work is limited to very common changes (in design). Little permutation and combination will go.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
