This company is good to do work for everyone. There are so many facilities are provide by company. The memebers of this treat me like family memebers. In this company I learn about so many things that I never expected. They also provide us free food. Company is good looking.

No growth from there they already have plan about salary budget. For example you joined there but after I year they will only give 1700 increment only that's their tactic if that particular person resign they will again hire a fresher cycle continues And also 80% people are old school mentality bcz you only see in there most of the people are 20 years and 30 years experienced they will not go anywhere they can't survive they are going to another company lol...Read More

Lower Top management try to save their jobs rather then organization benifit. Also incriment and promotion done based on personal relation with middle management rather then performance and plant Head recommendations.

Everything you can think of. Joining this is like invitation to lifetime trauma. They will ask you to come on sundays and if you dont they will cut your salary. In the morning if there is power cut, they will not let you come inside so to not give you salary as machines are off and you cant give them any output. Am and dm are illiterate they can slap you and will tell you to meet them outside if you raise any issue against them. Do not join they are not even giving market rate. Basic requirement not provide by HR like Drinking water, Air, Tea 1) Working area is 1st and 2nd floor but drinking water at 3rd floor (Canteen) 2) Working environment not good only wall fan available (Temp. of working area 34~38 degree) 3) Tea facility is not provide to shop floor Staff by HR department (HR Department not care) Even laborers get tea three times a day but we don't.
