There are lots of learning scope available at haridwar plant, because it has moulding, casting, paint shop, powder coating, mirror manufacturing, welding and machining department also lock and mirror assembly. It has tool room and kaizen shop. With all of that any one who wants to learn and develop can do easily. Working culture isalso above average of company. Senior team does not support equally to all of their employees. There is some special characters available who are favorite. Lot of reason for thier to be favorite🙂. Don't think those people have special work experience or knowledge of excellent work😆. Only this culture divide the team at bottom level. Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Ther isa huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good appraisals are fari and they give good salary hike and bonus
