Hi am a digital marketer & have been working in the Digital Marketing field from the last 1 year. I have worked at Samvad Social for 4 months and it was a nice experience. I worked there as a Digital Marketing Assistant. I like their Salary duration, they gave us a salary before date 6 means in the start of the month.

Dislikes

Samvad Social is a Tech Company & that provides Web development services and also has many clients. And they proper team of web development. But if I talk about digital marketing they don't have teams and clients also only they have in-house work, so that is a con for Digital Marketer who is working over there. Because there is no chance to learn more things for beginners.

Love the management here. Supportive and always there to guide you. Always willing to help you whenever required. The entire team, be it the Management, Admin Team , Finance, IT dept - All are very approachable and that makes it a way apart from other companies out there. Very employee centric.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike about the company yet and pretty sure there will be no regrets even later !!!! It's a Brilliant organisation to work with.. and I'm sure it will continue to grow helping employees to grow along with them :)

Work policy: 3 days from office, 2 days work from home - if youre working on Sat and Sun and weekoffs for the month are during weekdays // orelse if shift roster is weekdays working (Mon to Fri) it is work from of from office

Boss is technical person and always lead from front so great support in work and paradise for learners. Dislikes

Still follows the Agile development model for projects due to which , faced challenges while working on project such as Lack of predictability, Scope creep, Dependency on team collaboration, Documentation challenge. WFH is not possible option here
