Dislikes

The way the senior professionals are treated in this company is way beyond dissatisfactory. They would just love to care about Tier - I and II college freshers who join them and would equally humiliate and disrespect the senior professionals. Overall, I can say they just don't want senior professionals who have given the company the name that it stands for, now. Salary and compensation benefits are equally awful for average performer, and the top class performers are limited to just 20-30% of the overall company population. So, on one hand they just put an upper limit on the number people who can top rank and on the other hand they treat disrespectfully to average performers in terms of salary and compensation....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
