Working in Samsung Ads is great learning experience and Global Product Management. Job security is great, hasnt fired anyone even during peak covid

Company policies are terrible and promotion only to 10% folks per year which forces a lot of folks to leave because of stagnation. Also no stock options so there are limited opportunities to increase your pay

No proper team' work work load is totally outbursted on new employee and more over seniors doesn't even suggest anything and they don't even take leave on their week offs they work accordingly to their own way not accordingly to company wat

Better than peers Salary, incentives, bonuses all come on specified time without fail.

Not related to company specially, But always it is the bosses and managers and sometimes boss of the boss who never promotes hard and smart working employees and supports the buttery chamchas. Also being a MNC, Korean bossss were great in understanding the skills of employees and as usual Indian employees never supports everyone for onsite, awards and promotions.

The Company is good. Korean Management really cares about workers.

The Indian HR people don't want to give anything to workers, even if Korean boss is willing. They stop all benefits and put workers under pressure.

Micro Management at peak, No support for work but expectation to finish everything in no time. Management wants you to be available at any time around the clock, working on weekend is a compulsion.

If someone joining in Payroll i suggest you please do not join Samsung Electrics Payroll Team. There is person so called “Bhalu” he is working here since last 14-15 years and thinks Samsung is running only due to him. And his boss - “Manuj Nangaim” he is “ Dhritarashtra” he thinks his job is safe due to “Bhalu” Somehow is right also. But he needs to review why payroll team is not stable. Here is the list now :- 1.
