Dislikes

Working culture is very poor. The blind is leading the blind in this organization. Managers have zero technical skills but still expect from team members to build something out of the world without using any open source tools. Many people are just overpaid and having no skills resulting in too much of bad politics,toxicity,late promotions and taking away opportunities from worthy and hard working people. 90% of people are just focusing on how to show off other's work by their name and how to pull down others rather than focusing on their own growth. Even if there is no work in teams still management wants people to stay late and support on weekends just for the sake of NUMBERS and so called team's performance DATA....Read More
