Free Meal (Bad Menu and Worst Quality) , Nothing is good. In The SRIN HR only follow Manager's , They also share feadback if any employee share for the Manager and no way of judge employee fairly. Ratings and Permotions only in Hand of Manager (HR say not in our hand and Manger say not in my hand). All will redirect to each other. In some case's Manager have not good relation with HR And they will not fight for the team member for rating and permotions.
