Good start for freshers because of Brand name

Well many things: 1) Poor workculture 2) Politics & favoritism 3) Lack of leadership skills in senior managers as they have old mindset and approach 4) HRs has no power as they do whatever departmenet managers say 5) If you raise a voice against any issue then somehow you'll thrown out of the org 6) Samsung is a company where performance ratings are either given by managers to their favourites or to hte who haven't received good ones in last 1 or 2 years. Samsung is on of the best company in manufacturing. They well care about their employee's, great place to work.

Their salary structure is not so good. They are paying a large amount in terms of incentive.

Better than peers Salary, incentives, bonuses all come on specified time without fail.

Dislikes

Not related to company specially, But always it is the bosses and managers and sometimes boss of the boss who never promotes hard and smart working employees and supports the buttery chamchas. Also being a MNC, Korean bossss were great in understanding the skills of employees and as usual Indian employees never supports everyone for onsite, awards and promotions.

Sum hardworking people not moving forward in career and salary increments they so many persons backward herr on nowadays this expensive world please do sum thing for company side

The Company is good. Korean Management really cares about workers.

Dislikes

The Indian HR people don't want to give anything to workers, even if Korean boss is willing. They stop all benefits and put workers under pressure.

Micro Management at peak, No support for work but expectation to finish everything in no time. Management wants you to be available at any time around the clock, working on weekend is a compulsion.

If someone joining in Payroll i suggest you please do not join Samsung Electrics Payroll Team. There is person so called “Bhalu” he is working here since last 14-15 years and thinks Samsung is running only due to him. And his boss - “Manuj Nangaim” he is “ Dhritarashtra” he thinks his job is safe due to “Bhalu” Somehow is right also. But he needs to review why payroll team is not stable. Here is the list now :- 1.
