Terrible Company. They don't even think about the employees when there is low volume of project. They immediately release even on roll employees. They don't adjust employees to other projects/division in India or outside India . Those who are having good reference with management people those are safe somehow otherwise no chance. Last year in covid situation they sacked almost 80% Network workforce from the Circle. Very pathetic experience. They should think how we will get a job in this crisis situation in Telecom specially. I don't find the work satisfactory. Very limited tech. stack is involved and skill development is low. You usually work on the same Technology over and over. The increment and promotions are also a negative point. Increment in salary is very less and promotions take a lot of time.
