Got to learn a lot about 4G.

Dislikes

Plenty of office politics. Friends are given more importance that the hard workers. Been here 4 years 7 months, haven't once felt satisfaction. Never been rewarded for my work. On the other had Jio our customer awarded me a trophy for the work I put in. Inspite if that haven't received any recognition within my organisation. Came here with lots of dreams. Unfortunately none fulfilled. Have a sour taste from this relationship. On top of that we are regarded as 2nd grade people within the organisation because we aren't on-roll. You only need to be on-roll to be considered good here. Nothing else matters....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
