The policy of Samsung is good but we work under franchise. They are not good. They always want to squids us. Now I also want to do job under Samsung but not any franchise. If Samsung take all service centres under own control, we(90% employee) and customers both will very happy and satisfy.

The worst salary standard compared to other OEMs. Even Samsung's vendor companies provide higher salaries than Samsung. Saturday working and 10 hours every day, which includes all breaks and working hours, leads to a bad work-life balance. I'm just giving a review for the Samsung Electronics Chennai plant, not for the Noida plant.

I don't find the work satisfactory. Very limited tech. stack is involved and skill development is low. You usually work on the same Technology over and over. The increment and promotions are also a negative point. Increment in salary is very less and promotions take a lot of time.
