Lots of things to do in Samsung. High pressure job. One has to spend atleast 1.5 years in the organization to get the hang of it. Salary and incentive is better

Samsung has korean dominant culture. It is extremely hierarchical and takes a lot of time to execute small changes. Career progression takes time.
