This review is only applicable to Samsung Research Institute-Delhi (SRI-Bangalore is much better). No Career Growth. Compensation is lower than the market average. No work-life balance. No additional pay for overtime/weekends( you will get comp-off which you have to use with-in 3 months else it will expire). Too much micromanagement.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
