Dislikes

Do not join Samsung Research very bad management and a bad Environment, Sri Manu Prasad Nagaraju, Anant Bhatt , Murali, Jagadeesh, Goli, and Kalpana are not good. No WFH.

8:30 hour policy. Most of the things. Fully Office. Company holds your funds in some cases, you have raise approval first otherwise they approve the expense even if its for company activity. HR has say over little thing over ridding even managers. Work is average.

8:30hrs mandatory inside office. 30min you can go outside, if not then that will be deducted from your working hours. Stupid management decisions I have ever seen. No WFH policy If you are working with foreign team then your manager will have no direct visibility of your work. Rating is fixed for everyone, whether you do less or more work.

All bangalore / Indian team are all slav____ to HQ / Korean team. All leaders are from Korean team. No leaders allowed to control anything. Even if become director / VP, you don't have any control here. Koreans have kept Indians like slav---- Unnecessary work pressure. No software quality. Everything is hidden. It is hire and fire company. somehow they will do the buisness by giving offers. After sometime it will not work . Don't join samsung anywhere in India.
