You always need to come office for work..only in emergency you can avail WFH after multilevel of approval. Many irrelevant policies created by HR department.

They treat korean counterpart like god's, whatever they say will be done no matter how stupid, local management doesn't have guts to refuse or argue. No software development lifecycle, Every process is like government office, needs unnecessary 20 approvals. Useless HR department, they don't address complaint against management.

Dislikes

There is not much room for self learning and teams are not encouraged with in a healthy work culture. No planned work and structured way of executing things, lack solidarity.

Feels like a government job. You can just draw salary from this company. There is no new work so you can easily come to the office and chill.

Dislikes

There is nothing to like about this company specially in the operations department. The management is the worst they do not give a damn about you and your growth. No benefits until you butter the manager. People who work here are more concerned about other people’s work, if they are doing good instead of improving they start bitching about that person. No growth. Boring work.
